CSA Prevention Symposia & Seminars
Commencing in 2017, SafeCare started hosting a series of Symposia and Seminars to improve the understanding of the underlying causes of Child Sexual Abuse offending.
SYMPOSIA
Since 2017, SafeCare has organised and hosted symposia broadly on the topic of child sexual abuse offending.
1st Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 1st Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention was held at UWA’s St Catherines College on 31 May 2017.
2nd Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 2nd Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention was held at The Rise Maylands on 9-10 November 2017.
3rd Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 3rd Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention was held at Telethon Centre Wembley on 26 October 2018.
4th Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 4th Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention was held at The Boulevard Centre
Floreat College on 26 July 2019.
5th Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 5th Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention was held at the Swan River Hotel Ascot 27-28 October 2022.
6th Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 6th Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention was held at The University Club Crawley on 7-8 September 2023.
7th Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 7th Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention was held at The University Club Crawley on 6-7 November 2024.
8th Perth Symposium on CSA Prevention
The 8th Perth Symposia on Child Sexual Abuse Preventionis is being planned and schedule for April 2027.
